Trilobite ID. Photo Gallery

Please help us identify these trilobites.

This resource is open to all members and viewers to submit and help identify trilobites in these photographs. While this site deals mainly with trilobites from western north America, we will also assist in identifying any trilobite.

Please submit photographs for identification with as much information as possible (name, formation and age, locality, etc.).

The first 11 photos below are courtesy Bill White and the Dry Dredgers fossil club. We still need information on these bugs (especially the Kootenia spp.). If you have information on the names, formations, or locality, please contact us.

Trilobite identification or photo submissions: contact Richard Kurkewicz.
